Easy Frozen Berry Pudding Pie

This recipe came out of desperation in the final days before we move!  I was sorting through the cabinets and looking through all of the items that the movers won't take.  Not only is it absolutely delicious; but it is super simple!  The only downside is this pie does not make it onto the FITList. 

1 can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 bag frozen blueberries
1/2 bag frozen blackberries
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
2 shortbread pie crusts (I used pre-made Keebler brand)

DIRECTIONS:  Combine S/C milk and frozen berries in blender on high until mixture is liquid.  Consistency will be semi-thick.  Prepare pudding according to directions on box (I used 2% dairy milk because it's all we had left in the fridge...consider using almond milk to lessen calories and saturated fat!)  Add prepared liquid pudding to blender and blend again on "high" until mixture is even throughout.  Pour into pie crusts.  Place in freezer until the pie is solid.  Serve chilled!

Calories / serving:  400 cal  (EEEK!!!!  I know.....)  

Can be made more lo-cal if you tweak your ingredients!  Suggestions welcome : )
